Ranking System

Black Ops Ranking will be based on certain criteria based on match performance. Promotions will awarded by the Leader based on the number of stats for each category. The new Rank rights and Probation rules are below:

Rank rights:
Member - follow strategy, try to earn member MVP stat.
Captain - match finding, devise strategy, squad setup, recommendation to kick any clan member , track stats
Co-Leader - match finding, devise strategy, squad setup, recommendation to kick any clan member , probation officer, track stats
Leader - clan management, recruitment approval, promotions, demotions, match finding, devise strategy, squad setup, probation officer, track stats

Probation Rules:
1) Probation means that you cannot play clan matches until the clan has played 3 matches without you while you are online.
2) Qualifications for probation would include going more than -5 twice in a match or overall disobeying direct orders twice in a night.
3) Probation can only be assigned by a leader or co-leader.
4) Co-leaders can not put Co-leaders on probation.
5) Any member can recommend for a Co-leader/Leader be put on probation.
6) Nobody is above the rules and there will be no favoritism.

Yea I know Im a dick but considering you have been with me since scatter is the reason you are still a captian. That and you have the ability to find matches.

Everyone has to now earn their rank. This system will help justify any rank or promotion, and point out people who are not contributing.

With that being said I do feel the following people deserve the co-leader position (but will still have to earn it):
Gunsmok33 - built a web site, been with DJ since MW2 came out,
Bacon - been with DJ since W@W
H3AD - been with DJ since COD4
N1lla - been with DJ since W@W

It has never really been difined what rights the Co-Leader position has vs the Captian postion. The only main difference on GB is that Co-Leaders have clan managments rights. I dont like this. I want all recruitment, promotions, and demotions going through me. Additionally I want everyone to proove that they are contributing in matches not just play time by going through the new ranking system. If you make Co-Leader you earn the right to put someone on a probabatin period. So far you are all doing fantastic and are about half way there to you next promotion.

I totally agree with H3AD, considering the length of time I've been playing with all teams created. However, I also know that sure, I'm not the best player, and yeah I'll admit some of you are better, but to think that just because you've seen 2 years of punishment you should get a new rank, I think you're a little naive H3AD. Nothing personal, but that's just the way DJ likes to treat the team from here on out. Yeah, it's fucked up to change the rules in the middle of a game, just fuckin nut up because you'll make it real soon

I have considered removing the ranking system but decided to keep going with it for now. If we have 4 co-leaders that dont know how to work together we obviosly need to make sure we all agree with a gameplan before we go in a match.

I am pretty sure we all agree on the side of the map to pick. At least we can start there. I am going to work with Gunsmoke to get pictures of positions on maps that we use on this site.
