1.A team has 15 minutes to show-up with the proper number of eligible players, and be ready to start the match. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit. Teams are responsible for all scheduled matches.


2.** To get help with a No Show issue, you should contact Staff via Live Support. To get to Live Support, click on the Support tab within the Ladder you are competing on and open the Live Support link.


3.** To receive a no-show win, you must submit a ticket within 30 minutes of the scheduled match time. You must also click on the Match Did Not Finish button when you go to report the match. Do not report scores of winning the match. Since the match was not played, you cannot report scores that you won
